Embrace the cozy vibes of autumn with this soothin Embrace the cozy vibes of autumn with this soothing self-care aromatic tea recipe. This blend is full of herbs packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, plus immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory properties to help prep your body for the upcoming winter.

Directions:

Place the herbs in a strainer inside a teapot or cup and pour hot water over it. Make sure to cover it to keep the precious volatile oils from evaporating and allow the herbs to steep for 15 minutes. Strain and drizzle in a spoonful of honey for sweetness and comfort.
